Teleco Lithium Ion batteries (LiFePO4)

Innovative Teleco batteries with Lithium Ion technology have been specially designed for leisure vehicles.

Compared to traditional batteries they have numerous advantages:
  • They are up to 70% lighter and smaller
  • They charge much faster, and can be fully charged in less than an hour
  • They are extremely long-lasting. They can be recharged up to 5000 times, practically 10 times more than a traditional lead battery
  • They can be fitted in any position
  • They allow load starts with extremely high inrush currents
  • They are safe thanks to utilisation of Lithium Iron Phosphate (LiFePO4 or LFP) technology
  • They are ecological because they use materials of low environmental impact: they do not use lead or other harmful materials as per the ROHS directive.

TLI Premium

TLI Premium (professional) batteries stand out compared to other lithium batteries on the market because of their high energy density: weight and size being equal, they can store much higher quantities of energy.
TLI Premium batteries incorporate a sophisticated Battery Management System (BMS) that controls the voltage of each cell during both during charging/discharge, thus increasing its lifespan. The BMS also ensures protection against failure in the event of high temperatures, overloads and excessive discharging.
It’s possible to connect up to 2 batteries in series and up to 3 in parallel (batteries with the same capacity).

TLI Extra series

TLI Extra batteries stand out compared to other lithium batteries on the market because of their high energy density: weight and size being equal, they can store much higher quantities of energy.
TLI Extra batteries have a highly reliable internal Battery Management System (BMS). The BMS ensures battery safety and efficiency by monitoring the temperature of the electronics and the cells and controlling the voltage of each cell to optimise balance.*

*The BMS system features greatly reduced consumption and is therefore ideal where batteries are installed on vehicles that remain idle for some time. It’s possible to connect up to 4 batteries (with the same capacity) in series or in parallel. The BMS system also allows for smart management in both the charge and discharge phases. In the event of an overvolt (overcharge) the battery automatically disconnects from the charger but remains connected to the load to be powered. When the overload event is over the battery is reconnected to the charger. In the event of an undervolt (excessive discharge) the battery automatically disconnects from the load but remains connected to the charger. When the undervolt event is over the battery automatically starts powering the load again.
